Social Media Tools

Two of the social media tools that I chose were Instagram and Pinterest. I’m a Facebook girl, from what I’ve read that is a typical social media preference for my generation. Instagram was mentioned quite a few times by other students, and it peaked my curiosity. I thought I would give it a shot. It was super easy to create an account and I was instantly able to connect with businesses that peaked my interest along with friends and family. There are pictures posted that I never knew existed and boom! instant business announcements. Instagram is clean, easy to read and interact. I would definitely use this social media tools as another way or communication and a great marketing tool. Personally, within minutes, I have quite a few requests to connect.

My second choice is Pinterest. I love Pinterest and can’t say enough. After creating an account, I was able to view just about everything I was interested in fashion, hairstyles, makeup, and art, the list goes on and on. It is a Pandora’s box of creativity. You’re able to upload to your account and share with your friends that are following you. My search is ecliptic and I love it.

I believe both of these social media tools are great for personal interests and business. In business you need to be seen and both are free ways to be proactively visible to a mass audience. A personal relationship needs to be established and by showing a glimpse of the people and the activities it really draws attention to the real people behind the scenes trying and working very hard to provide the customer a quality experience and product.
